It is time to announce the winners of the 2018 WIN WAG Dog Photo Contest sponsored by the Windsor Town Clerk's office. Thanks to all those dogs who participated in the contest this year. We had over 50 contestants of all shapes and sizes ages and breeds.


They were all handsome & adorable and win-worthy but the public has chosen one favorite in each category and the winners are:

Dog Category: Jasper

Puppy Category: Yeti

About the Town Clerk

The Town Clerk's Office takes pride in delivering unsurpassed customer service to the public. The Town Clerk's Office is the record keeper for the town and is heavily regulated by State Statute. This office is responsible for certifying elections, recording land records and maps, filing and issuing vital statistics and issuing dog licenses, fish and game licenses and other various licenses.



The Clerk's Office also provides customer service to the citizens of Windsor by answering the main telephone line, providing information and notary services.
